Hometown: North Biloxi, MS

Instuments: acoustic guitars, bass guitar, keyboard

I was either 7 or 8 years old when I played my first few chords on the acoustic guitar (it's been that long). In my twenties I performed various cover tunes with local bands "Aces Over" and "Then Is Now" in a few local night spots on the Mississippi coast and soon after I would perform solo for a short time. My perception of the music business was a bit different back then. Night clubs and bars seemed to be the only venue outlet for music but not necessarily where I wanted to be.

I settled down with my family in the early 90's but music was always with me. With the coming of the computer age, recording software and opportunities through the internet, the door was wide open.

As a teen I lived aboard with my father on his sailboat. Our two year travels together gave me inspiration to write my first album "Ocean And The Wind" which tells this story both fiction and nonfiction. I performed and recorded each instrument and mastered my album in my home.

Next, the EP "Fly" is much like "Ocean And The Wind" as the songs are also instrumental. This one tells the story of progress and achieving our dreams though the vision of flight from the first airplane to landing on the moon.

"Live Your Dream" - here I began to expand my vision for my music writing songs with lyrics. Beyond the Horizon was my first attempt at lyrics and explores my visions of going beyond which I feel in my heart.

"Hold Me" - I wrote for my beautuful and supporting wife. I would not be doing any of this if it weren't for her!

My latest "Live Your Dream" was kind of a collosal work that took a couple of months to complete (rendering time to accomplish it). Both Beyond the Horizon and Live Your Dream incorperate a new energy in sound through guitars that I've had in mind for a while. I will continue my craft for writing new songs and will be adding them to the site. I hope you enjoy listening to them as much as I do creating them.
